Job Details
  • Drive B2B sales by identifying new opportunities with general contractors, facility managers, building owners, and industrial clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships to grow repeat and long-term business.
  • Conduct site visits, client meetings, and presentations to understand needs and offer solutions.
  • Build a strong pipeline by networking, cold outreach, and attending industry events.
  • Provide clear, professional communication before, during, and after the sales cycle to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Estimate your own work—taking projects from initial lead through final pricing.
  • Prepare complete and accurate estimates for HVAC, plumbing, and mechanical projects.
  • Review plans, specifications, and scopes of work to develop competitive proposals.
  • Identify value-engineering options and cost-saving alternatives for clients.
  • Collaborate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure pricing accuracy.
  • Prepare bid packages, proposals, and presentations for clients and internal reviews.
Qualifications

  • 5 years of experience in mechanical, HVAC, or construction estimating.
  • Proven success in B2B sales or client-facing roles.
  • Ability to read and interpret plans, drawings, and technical documents.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency with estimating software, Excel, and general Office tools.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple bids and clients.
