Requirements:
- 3 or 5 years of proven experience managing multiple properties and teams (Required)
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities
- Knowledge of property maintenance, marketing, and operations
- Ability to prioritize across a multi-site portfolio
- Proficiency in Yardi Voyager
- Strong understanding of California landlord-tenant laws and Fair Housing
