The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial real estate lending and finance, with experience representing lenders and institutional clients in secured transactions.
Qualifications include:
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active bar admission in the applicable jurisdiction (or ability to obtain promptly)
- 3–7 years of experience in commercial real estate finance and lending transactions
- Experience representing banks, private lenders, or other financial institutions
- Loan origination, modification, and restructuring
- Drafting and negotiating loan documents
- Secured transactions involving commercial real estate
- Due diligence, title and survey review, and closing coordination
