The Business Litigation Group handles complex commercial disputes across state and federal courts and domestic and international arbitration — representing publicly traded companies, closely held businesses, non-profits, and LLCs across construction, financial services, technology, media, real estate, transportation, oil and gas, and professional services.

- Base salary: $180k–$220k DOE bonus

- Domestic and international docket — exposure to cross-border disputes and international arbitration that most regional firms can't offer

The Business Litigation Group handles complex commercial disputes across state and federal courts and domestic and international arbitration — representing publicly traded companies, closely held businesses, non-profits, and LLCs across construction, financial services, technology, media, real estate, transportation, oil and gas, and professional services.
What you'll work on:
- Complex commercial disputes in state and federal courts and domestic and international arbitration
- Contract and lease disputes, shareholder disputes, corporate governance, and unfair competition matters
- Lender liability, fair credit reporting, real estate, and construction litigation
- Class action defense and complex multi-party commercial disputes
- Discovery management — drafting and arguing dispositive and procedural motions
- Taking and defending depositions
- Arbitration and mediation proceedings — pre-arbitration strategy through award enforcement
- Legal research, briefs, memoranda, and substantive filings
- Direct client relationship development and case strategy ownership
- California Bar admission
- Commercial or business litigation experience
