Job Details
The Opportunity
- Manage meaningful components of complex commercial litigation from pleadings through discovery, dispositive motions, trial preparation, and resolution.
- Draft motions, briefs, memoranda, discovery, and strategic case assessments.
- Take and defend depositions, work with experts, and communicate directly with clients.
- Coordinate junior team members and multiple deadlines across active matters.
- Contribute to client presentations, pitches, and broader practice development.
- At least three years of substantive commercial litigation experience.
- Strong research, writing, analytical, oral advocacy, organization, and matter-management skills.
- Excellent academic credentials and ability to thrive in a collaborative environment.
- J.D. from an accredited law school and admission in good standing in the applicable jurisdiction.
- Law firm experience handling complex disputes, depositions, motions practice, and significant discovery.
