Clinical Operations Manager - Behavioral Health / Psych
- Reports to the Director of Behavioral Health
- Oversees nearly 100 employees, including RNs and Techs across multiple inpatient & outpatient sites
- BSN Level education or greater - 3 yrs Clinical Nursing experience
- Pediatric and Behavioral and Mental Health experience
- Nurse leadership experience 2 yrs
- Good communication skills
- Problem-solving skills
