We are seeking a dynamic, experienced, and highly motivated individual to join our team as a Full time, Permanent Clinical Director - BCBA (Board Certified Behavior Analyst). The successful candidate will provide clinical leadership in the delivery of behavioral health services to our diverse patient population. This role offers a unique opportunity to contribute to our mission of providing exceptional care while also driving continuous improvement in our clinical operations.
Responsibilities:
As a Clinical Director - BCBA, your primary responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
1. Oversee the delivery of behavioral health services, ensuring the provision of high-quality care that is consistent with evidence-based practices and regulatory requirements.
2. Provide clinical supervision, training, and mentorship to our team of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs.
3. Collaborate with other clinical and administrative leaders to develop and implement strategic plans for the continuous improvement of our clinical operations.
4. Lead the development, implementation, and ongoing evaluation of clinical policies, procedures, and protocols.
5. Participate in the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new clinical staff.
6. Conduct regular audits of clinical documentation to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
7. Participate in the development and delivery of staff training programs.
8. Serve as a clinical resource for staff, patients, and families, providing consultation and guidance as needed.
9. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, including the collection, analysis, and reporting of clinical outcome data.
10. Represent the organization in professional and community forums, promoting our services and building relationships with key stakeholders.
Qualifications:
To be considered for the role of Clinical Director - BCBA, candidates must meet the following qualifications:
1. Master’s degree or higher in psychology, applied behavior analysis, or a related field.
2. Certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
3. A minimum of 2 years of clinical supervisory experience in ABA or behavioral health settings.
4. Active Pennsylvania professional licensure
5. Must meet the Clinical Director qualifications under 55 Pa. code chapter 5240
6. Strong organizational and project management skills, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
7. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a proven ability to effectively communicate complex clinical information to a variety of audiences.
8. Demonstrated commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
9. Proficiency in the use of electronic health records and other clinical information systems.
10. Ability to pass a background check and other pre-employment screening requirements.
