We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our dynamic team as a Permanent Claims Specialist. This role is integral to our operations, and the successful candidate will be responsible for managing and resolving claims, ensuring adherence to legal requirements, and maintaining comprehensive documentation. Responsibilities:
As a Permanent Claims Specialist, your key responsibilities will include:

1. Reviewing, analyzing, and managing claims to ensure they are resolved promptly and accurately.
2. Collaborating with various departments to gather necessary information and documentation related to claims.
3. Identifying potential risks and implementing effective risk management strategies to mitigate potential losses.
4. Ensuring compliance with all relevant legal and regulatory requirements.
5. Providing excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and resolving disputes in a professional and timely manner.
6. Maintaining accurate and comprehensive documentation of all claims and related correspondence.
7. Participating in regular training and development activities to stay updated with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications:
To be considered for the Permanent Claims Specialist position, candidates must meet the following qualifications:

1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in claims management or a related field.
2. Proven experience in risk management and the ability to identify and mitigate potential risks.
3. Strong numerical and analytical skills with attention to detail.
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Ability to work effectively in high-pressure situations and manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
6. Proficiency in using various software applications including Microsoft Office Suite and claims management software.
7. A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
8. Professional certification in Claims Management or Risk Management is a plus.
