We are on the hunt for a dynamic, detail-oriented, and experienced Permanent Claims Coordinator to join our vibrant team. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all aspects of claims processing, from initiation to resolution. You will serve as the primary liaison between our organization, clients, and insurance companies, ensuring all claims are handled efficiently and effectively. This position offers an excellent opportunity to utilize and enhance your analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
Responsibilities:
1. Manage the entire lifecycle of insurance claims, including reporting, coordination, and resolution.
2. Serve as the primary point of contact for all claim-related inquiries from clients, insurance providers, and other stakeholders.
3. Review and analyze claims to determine the extent of the company's liability and to anticipate potential risks.
4. Ensure timely and accurate processing of claims according to company policies and procedures.
5. Maintain meticulous records of claims and related documentation.
6. Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and documentation for claims processing.
7. Facilitate communication between all parties involved in the claims process.
8. Monitor and report on the status of claims, identifying any issues or trends that may impact the company.
9. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry best practices.
10. Provide exceptional customer service, resolving any issues or concerns related to claims in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications:
1. A minimum of 5 years of experience in claims coordination, insurance, or a related field is required.
2. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
3. Proven experience in managing and processing insurance claims.
4. Strong understanding of insurance laws, regulations, and procedures.
5. Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and mitigate risks.
6. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, insurance providers, and various internal departments.
7. Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
8. Proficiency in using computer software, including Microsoft Office Suite and claims management systems.
9. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
10. Strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service.
