Responsibilities
The CFO will work closely with the executive and senior leadership teams to shape the company's financial vision and drive long-term sustainability, profitability, and operational excellence.
Requirements
- 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience with at least 7 years in a senior-level finance executive role (CFO, VP, etc.)
- Extensive experience in real estate finance, construction finance, and/or property management financial operations.
- Proven ability to manage complex financial structures, real estate development financing, and multi-entity organizations.
- Strong background in capital structuring, investor relations, and private equity or institutional fundraising preferred.

Education
- Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred.
