We are conducting a retained search for a high-performing client of ours. A high-growth real estate investment, development, and construction firm is seeking a dynamic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to lead its financial strategy and operations. This company has experienced explosive growth, scaling from startup to a multi-billion-dollar portfolio in just over a decade. With a 942% revenue increase in 2023 alone and a trajectory that includes 20,000 units under management by 2028, this is an opportunity for a strategic financial leader to help optimize, stabilize, and scale an already high-performing organization.

Responsibilities

The CFO will work closely with the executive and senior leadership teams to shape the company's financial vision and drive long-term sustainability, profitability, and operational excellence.

Requirements

  • 15 years of progressive financial leadership experience with at least 7 years in a senior-level finance executive role (CFO, VP, etc.)
  • Extensive experience in real estate finance, construction finance, and/or property management financial operations.
  • Proven ability to manage complex financial structures, real estate development financing, and multi-entity organizations.
  • Strong background in capital structuring, investor relations, and private equity or institutional fundraising preferred.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field. MBA, CPA, or CFA strongly preferred.
