We're looking for a skilled Chief Financial Officer - Construction to join our team at Jobot. In this key role, you'll be responsible for leading annual budgeting, monitoring project budgets, and providing financial forecasts, including revenue projections and profitability analyses.
The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field, and preferably a CPA, CMA, or MBA. They'll have 10 years of experience in finance/accounting, including 5 years in senior leadership roles, and extensive experience in construction or contracting, managing multi-million-dollar budgets and financial operations.
This role requires a deep understanding of construction accounting principles, proficiency in financial software and Excel, and strong analytical and problem-solving skills. You'll work closely with Superintendents and Project Managers on cost tracking and performance metrics, ensuring accurate and timely financial statements, compliance with GAAP and regulatory standards, and coordinating audits and tax filings.
