We are a leading in Occupational Health / Industrial Medicine. We offer immediate injury care, pre-hire physical and screenings, in-house X-ray, and physical therapy services from Board-Certified physicians.

Job Details

Lead Physician (M.D./DO):

* Sign-on Bonus & Relocation Assistance
* Monday - Friday (8am - 5pm)
* The Lead Physician will provide direct patient care while leading the clinic performance (60/40 split)

Qualifications:
* M.D. or DO Required
* Board Certification in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Emergency Medicine, and/or Orthopedics required
* Candidates MUST have experience in occupational medicine, industrial medicine, preventative medicine, and/or worker's compensation
* Current DEA licensure
* BLS Certified
* FMCSA Certification for DOT exams (within 60-days of hire)
* Active CO Medical License in good standing
