Job Details
- A minimum of 2 years of experience in a foreman/ carpenter or similar leadership role within the construction industry.
- Proven experience as a skilled carpenter with knowledge of construction methods, tools, and equipment.
- Experience in retail construction projects is a plus.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to make decisions quickly and effectively under pressure.
- Good understanding of building codes, safety regulations, and quality control procedures.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to liaise effectively with team members, clients, and suppliers.
- High school diploma or equivalent; a certification in a skilled trade (carpentry) or relevant field is a plus.
- Physical stamina and dexterity; the ability to lift heavy objects and work in varying weather conditions.
- Must have a valid driver’s license.
- Must being willing and able to travel!
