- Managing a portfolio of complex commercial litigation cases, including class action lawsuits and insurance coverage disputes.
- Conducting thorough legal research and analysis to advise clients on potential risks and litigation strategies.
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various legal documents and agreements.
- Representing clients in court proceedings, mediation, and arbitration.
- Collaborating with other attorneys within the firm to develop and implement effective litigation strategies.
- Mentoring and supervising junior attorneys and legal staff.
- Promoting the firm’s services and cultivating relationships with potential clients.
- Staying updated on the latest developments in business litigation law and regulations.
The ideal candidate for the Permanent Business Litigation Partner position will possess the following qualifications
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the State Bar.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business litigation, with a focus on class action lawsuits and insurance coverage disputes.
- Exceptional legal writing skills, with the ability to draft clear, concise, and persuasive legal documents.
- Proven track record of successfully managing complex commercial litigation cases.
- Strong negotiation skills, with the ability to resolve disputes in a favorable and efficient manner.
- Excellent leadership and mentoring skills.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and colleagues.
- High ethical standards and professional integrity.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to stay updated on the latest developments in business litigation law and regulations.
- Ability to handle multiple cases simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
