We're seeking a high-performing Business Development Manager who lives for the hunt. This is not a brand ambassador or account management role. We're looking for someone who can identify opportunities before the competition, build strategic relationships, and consistently generate new business.
You'll be responsible for opening doors with property owners, developers, general contractors, facility managers, healthcare systems, municipalities, school districts, and commercial real estate professionals while partnering closely with operations and estimating to turn relationships into long-term clients.

What You'll Do:
- Develop new business opportunities across the Phoenix or Colorado market.
- Build relationships with property owners, developers, general contractors, facility managers, and commercial real estate professionals.
- Generate leads through networking, cold outreach, referrals, and industry events.
- Identify upcoming commercial roofing opportunities and convert them into long-term clients.
- Partner with estimating and operations to deliver winning solutions.
- Maintain an active sales pipeline and consistently exceed growth goals.
- 5 years of business development or outside sales experience.
- Proven track record of generating new business and opening new accounts.
- Strong relationship-building, networking, and closing skills.
- Self-driven with a true hunter mentality.
- Experience in commercial roofing, construction, building envelope, facilities, or a related industry preferred.
- Experience working with or selling to:
- Commercial Roofing or Building Envelope
- Commercial Construction
- Property & Facilities Management
- Commercial Real Estate
- Healthcare, Industrial, or Municipal clients
