Job Details
Duties
- Assist with onsite bridge inspections, data entry, and bridge inspection reports.
- Manage bridge inspection equipment, schedule bridge inspection personnel etc.
- Eventually lead onsite bridge inspections.
- Work and coordinate with roadway, water, environmental, survey, and utility engineers.
- PE or EIT certification / licensure
- Knowledge of INDOT bridge inspection guidelines is a strong plus
- Ability to safely traverse uneven terrain.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Willing to travel for bridge inspections (day and overnight trips as required).
- Willingness to eventually become an Indiana Bridge Inspection Team Leader.
