We are hiring a Bilingual Home Care Marketer / Healthcare Sales Representative (Spanish/English) to drive growth through community outreach, referral development, and patient enrollment.
This is a field-based role covering the Bronx, Manhattan, Queens, Brooklyn, and Westchester.
Ideal for a BDR, Account Manager, Community Liaison, or Healthcare Sales Rep with strong local relationships.
Responsibilities
Build and manage referral sources (hospitals, clinics, community orgs)
Drive patient enrollment, including Medicaid-eligible individuals
Conduct presentations for healthcare professionals and community groups
Execute territory growth strategy and meet monthly targets
Maintain relationships and grow existing referral accounts
Track activity and pipeline using CRM/tools
Represent services professionally in the field
Requirements
Fluent Spanish & English (required)
Experience in healthcare sales, home care marketing, or community outreach
Strong relationship-building and closing skills
Familiarity with Medicaid, senior services, or home care preferred
Reliable transportation for field work
Highly organized and target-driven
