A bit about us:

A well-established litigation firm is seeking a talented associate attorney to join its Pennsylvania litigation team. This role supports national and regional clients in both federal and state court matters across Pennsylvania. We're looking for candidates with strong academic backgrounds and a genuine interest in trial work spanning mass tort, product liability, commercial litigation, and general liability defense.

Job Details

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school
• Active Pennsylvania bar license
• 2–5 years of litigation experience with a track record in general liability defense; product liability experience a plus
• Demonstrated ability to independently manage a caseload from intake through summary judgment
• Solid experience with pleadings, discovery, depositions, and motions practice
• Strong analytical skills for complex legal issues and strategy development
• Excellent research, writing, oral advocacy, and communication abilities
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team with attorneys, clients, experts, and staff
• Verifiable professional references
• Clean disciplinary record — no bar sanctions or ethics violations
• Strong commitment to client service and professional ethics
