Job Details
Responsibilities:
Manage a full caseload of family law matters from intake through resolution
Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and negotiations
Draft pleadings, motions, agreements, and other legal documents
Provide strategic legal advice to clients on sensitive family law issues
Maintain strong client relationships through clear, empathetic communication
Collaborate with internal team members to ensure high-quality outcomes
Qualifications:
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
Active license and good standing with the Washington State Bar
2 years of experience practicing family law (or relevant litigation experience)
Strong courtroom presence and litigation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines effectively
High level of professionalism, discretion, and emotional intelligence
