We are looking for a dedicated and dynamic Permanent Attorney specializing in Creditor Rights to join our fast-paced legal team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in bankruptcy, foreclosure, and consumer law. This role is ideal for a committed professional with a deep understanding of the legal landscape, who is ready to take the next step in their career. The chosen candidate will be responsible for managing a broad range of legal matters, including drafting legal documents, representing clients in court, and providing legal advice. Responsibilities:
- Represent clients in court proceedings related to bankruptcy, foreclosure, and consumer law.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests.
- Conduct legal research and analysis to advise clients on their rights and obligations.
- Develop strategies to resolve cases favorably and efficiently.
- Stay updated on changes in laws and regulations related to creditor rights.
- Assist in the development and implementation of firm policies and procedures.
- Collaborate with other attorneys and professionals to ensure a comprehensive legal approach.
- Provide exceptional service to clients by offering timely, effective, and strategic legal advice.
- Juris Doctorate from an accredited law school.
- Must be licensed to practice law in the state.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in bankruptcy, foreclosure, and consumer law.
- Proven track record of representing creditors in court proceedings.
- Strong legal research and writing skills.
- Excellent negotiation and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to manage multiple cases with varying deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Commitment to maintaining the highest level of confidentiality and professional discretion.
- Proficiency in legal research tools and software.
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong commitment to professional development and continuous learning.
