We are growing fast and looking for an experienced Associate Attorney to join our New Jersey team. This is an urgent hire with a flexible remote-first setup and a path to partnership.

Job Details
What You’ll Do
• Independently manage a full caseload
• Represent clients in workers’ compensation matters
• Attend hearings only when required (rare – mostly remote)
• Collaborate with a small, supportive legal team
• Provide exceptional service to clients and contribute to firm growth
What We’re Looking For
• Licensed to practice in New Jersey
• 3 years of workers’ compensation defense experience
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Energetic, client-focused, and self-motivated
*PA license is a plus, but not required
