We are seeking CA licensed attorneys with 2-5 years of defense experience in one or more of the following areas:

We are seeking CA licensed attorneys with 2-5 years of defense experience in one or more of the following areas:
- Student Services
- Disabilities
- Special Education
- Title IX and UCP
- Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973
- Experience working with school districts, charter schools, SELPAs, and county offices
- Litigation and interactions with California Office of Administrative Hearings (OAH), California Department of Education (CDE) and Federal Office for Civil Rights (OCR) regarding disability and discrimination matters
