Job Details

Responsibilities:

• Support the Superintendent in overseeing day-to-day field operations across all trades, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, and to specification
• Read and interpret construction drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to coordinate and direct daily field activities
• Assist in planning and scheduling work sequences, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and self-perform crews to maintain project momentum
• Monitor and enforce safety protocols and company standards on site at all times
• Coordinate with Project Managers, engineers, subcontractors, and suppliers to resolve field issues quickly and keep work moving
• Track crew productivity, material deliveries, and daily progress; report updates and flag risks or schedule impacts early
• Mentor and develop craft workers and foremen, fostering a culture of quality and accountability on the job site
• Conduct quality control inspections to ensure all work meets project specifications and company standards
  

What We're Looking For:

• 5 years of experience in commercial, industrial, or heavy civil construction, with at least 2 years in a foreman or supervisory role
• Proven ability to coordinate multiple trades and subcontractors in a fast-paced field environment
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and specifications across multiple disciplines
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage, motivate, and develop field teams
• Solid understanding of construction safety standards and OSHA requirements
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Experience on industrial, process, or heavy commercial projects is a strong asset
