Our work spans public and private sectors, including industrial, healthcare, education, multifamily, manufacturing, and commercial facilities.
Due to continued growth, we are looking to add an Assistant Superintendent/Assistant Yard Manager to support our field operations & warehouse team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to advance their leadership career while working alongside experienced Superintendents/yard manager on complex commercial roofing projects.

an Assistant Superintendent, you'll work directly with Project Managers and Superintendents to ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with daily field operations on commercial roofing projects
- Coordinate subcontractors, vendors, deliveries, and manpower
- Ensure work is completed safely and in accordance with company and OSHA standards
- Monitor production schedules and help maintain project timelines
- Perform quality control inspections throughout the project lifecycle
- Maintain daily reports, project documentation, and site records
- Communicate with project managers, customers, and field crews regarding project progress
- Help resolve field issues and maintain a productive jobsite
- 2 years of experience in commercial roofing field operations
- Experience assisting with reroof and/or new construction roofing projects
- Knowledge of commercial roofing systems including TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified Bitumen, BUR, and metal roofing preferred
- Ability to read plans, specifications, and project schedules
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- OSHA 30 certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Commercial reroofing
- New construction roofing
- Waterproofing and building envelope systems
- Schools, hospitals, industrial, manufacturing, multifamily, or public works projects
- Managing subcontractors and multiple active jobsites
