Responsibilities -
Support Project Managers across multiple active jobs
Manage submittals, RFIs, and change orders
Assist with scheduling, budgeting, and coordination
Work closely with field teams and subcontractors
Help drive project execution from precon through closeout
Qualifications -
Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management or related field
2–7 years of experience in commercial construction
Experience on ground up projects (not just renovations)
Exposure to concrete, steel, and sitework scopes
Familiarity with Procore is a plus
Stable work history and strong communication skills
Based in or open to Central Florida
