Responsibilities:
- Assist overseeing day-to-day accounting operations (AP, AR, GL, treasury)
- Support month-end and year-end close (JEs, reconciliations)
- Ensure GAAP compliance across all transactions
- Help implement and improve processes in NetSuite
- Assist with financial reporting and variance analysis
- Support budgeting and forecasting with leadership
- Maintain regulatory compliance and support audits
- Contribute to ad hoc projects
- BS in Accounting/Finance (MBA CPA preferred)
- 10 years accounting experience
- NetSuite or similar ERP experience
- Strong GAAP knowledge and GL expertise
- Close process and reconciliation experience
- Strong process improvement, analytical, communication, and organizational skills
