Job Title: Temporary Administrative & HR Assistant
Location: Humble, TX
Duration: 4-6 months
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM–5:00 PM
Overview:
We’re seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Administrative & HR Assistant to join our client’s team on a temporary basis. This role will support day-to-day front desk operations, assist with general administrative tasks, and provide support to the HR team—particularly with onboarding new employees.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and manage front desk/reception area
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and handle inquiries
Perform general administrative tasks including filing, data entry, and scheduling
Support HR department with employee onboarding, including preparing new hire paperwork and coordinating orientation logistics
Assist with maintaining employee records and HR documentation
Provide other administrative or HR support as needed
Qualifications:
Prior administrative or HR support experience preferred
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional demeanor and customer service mindset
