- Oversee the accounts receivable function with a focus on billing and collections
- Supervise and develop at least 2 direct reports
- Monitor AR aging reports and drive collections activity to reduce outstanding balances
- Conduct financial analysis and reporting on receivables and collections performance
- Collaborate with attorneys and firm leadership to resolve billing disputes and client account issues
- Implement process improvements across the billing and collections cycle
- Ensure compliance with firm billing policies and client billing guidelines
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is desired
- Minimum 3 years of accounts receivable experience with a focus on billing and collections
- Demonstrated ability to supervise and develop at least 2 direct reports
- Strong background in AR analysis, collections strategy, and cash applications
- Proven ability to conduct financial analysis and present actionable reporting to leadership
- Experience with legal billing software or ERP platforms preferred
- Experience in a law firm or professional services setting preferred
