Responsibilities:
- Process high-volume accounts payable invoices and payments
- Support accounts receivable postings and cash applications
- Prepare ACH/wire transactions
- Perform account reconciliations and journal entries
- Assist with month-end and year-end close activities
- Resolve vendor discrepancies and payment issues
- Maintain organized accounting records and documentation
- Partner cross-functionally with sales and operations teams
- 3 years of bookkeeping, AP/AR, or accounting support experience
- ERP experience required
- Strong Microsoft Excel / Office proficiency
- High attention to detail and data accuracy
- Ability to learn new systems quickly
- Microsoft Dynamics experience preferred
