Job Details
Responsibilities:
This hire will be responsible for managing financial records and overseeing business transactions. You will also utilize accounting software for tasks such as billing, invoice generation, payroll processing, and tax preparation.
Qualifications:
- 5 years experience of operational accounting experience (AP, AR, etc..) in lieu of degree OR 3 years experience with a degree
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Outlook.
- Experience in specialized accounting software is a plus
- Experience in professional services, engineering, or construction is a plus
