- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Engineering, or related discipline is a plus.
- At least 2 years of project/program management experience leading complex technology projects, preferably within a manufacturinng environment
- Desire and enthusiasm to grow existing accounts and win more business within existing accounts
- Experience in the quoting process is a plus.
- Excellent presentation/facilitation, organizational, analytical, interpersonal, and written/oral communication skills up to and including C-Level communication
- Strong critical thinking and business curiosity
- Strong prioritization and time management skills, detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Electronics manufacturing background is a plus.
