Job Details

We are seeking an experienced Permanent Account Manager to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing our key accounts, driving sales growth, and providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts
  • Meet and exceed sales targets through effective telesales and inside sales techniques
  • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all inquiries and issues are resolved in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction and successful project delivery
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date account records and sales forecasts
  • Continuously monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform sales strategies and tactics
  • Participate in trade shows and other industry events to promote our products and services

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in telesales, inside sales, or account management
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and colleagues
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills, with the ability to think creatively and strategically
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a results-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
  • Associate's or Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not required
