About You
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Director of Financial Planning and Analysis to join our team at Jobot Inc.
Requirements
The successful candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field. An MBA or related advanced degree is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 5 years of experience in financial planning and analysis, preferably in the Consumer Goods and Manufacturing industry.
They will have proven experience in financial forecasting, budgeting, and strategic planning, as well as demonstrated knowledge of key performance indicators (KPIs) and their application in financial planning and analysis.
The candidate will also have experience with M&A analysis and capital expense management, strong project management skills, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and presentation skills are required, with the ability to explain complex financial information to non-financial audiences.
Proficiency in financial software and advanced Excel skills are necessary.
