Responsibilities
As a Warehouse Supervisor, you will be expected to
- Oversee daily warehouse operations, ensuring all processes are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Develop and implement production schedules, taking into account various factors such as manpower, resources, and deadlines.
- Manage the process inventory, ensuring all items are accounted for and that inventory levels are maintained.
- Identify and implement strategies to improve operational efficiency and productivity.
- Train, mentor, and supervise warehouse staff, fostering a team-oriented environment.
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations and improve the overall efficiency of the manufacturing process.

- Handle any warehouse-related issues or conflicts, resolving them in a timely and effective manner.
To be considered for the role of Consulting Warehouse Supervisor, candidates must have
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in a warehouse supervisory role, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
- Proven experience with production scheduling, operations management, and process inventory.
- Strong leadership skills, with a proven ability to motivate and manage a team.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to think quickly and make effective decisions under pressure.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management software and other relevant computer applications.
- A strong understanding of safety regulations and procedures in a warehouse setting.
- A bachelor's degree in business administration, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
