Job Details
- Prior experience working in an industrial or manufacturing environment, ideally within aerospace, defense, or heavy metal forming operations
- Background as an industrial mechanic, maintenance technician, or similar hands on mechanical role
- Familiarity with tool crib operations, including issuing, tracking, inspecting, and maintaining hand tools, power tools, gauges, dies, and shop equipment
- Ability to maintain accurate inventory records and support tool calibration and preventive maintenance schedules
- Comfort working in a fast paced, physically active shop floor setting
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols
- Basic computer skills for inventory tracking systems
- Ability to lift, move, and organize tooling and equipment as needed
- Strong communication skills to coordinate with mechanics, machinists, and production staff
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical or vocational training a plus
