You will play a pivotal role in helping our clients optimize their sales strategies, improve their operational efficiency, and achieve their business objectives.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing and interpreting data using Qlik and Tekion to provide insights into sales performance and market trends.
- Leading business transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency, improve sales performance, and drive business growth.
- Managing change effectively, ensuring smooth transitions and minimal disruption to business operations.
- Utilizing Paylocity for payroll and human capital management tasks, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Gathering and interpreting business requirements, translating them into actionable strategies and plans.
- Developing and tracking KPI metrics to measure the success of business strategies, providing regular reports to stakeholders.
- Collaborating with various stakeholders, including sales teams, management, and external clients, to achieve business objectives.
- 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the automotive industry.
- Proven experience with Qlik, Tekion, Paylocity, and other relevant software.
- Demonstrated expertise in business transformation and change management.
- Strong skills in gathering and interpreting business requirements.
- Experience in tracking KPI metrics to confirm cost reduction and accuracy.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
- A degree in Business, Management, Finance, or a related field.
- Required day travel up to 25% of the time.
