Job Details

🌟 Position Overview
A well-established organization within the staffing industry is seeking an AR Reimbursement Specialist to join its Corporate Billing & Collections team. This role is essential to ensuring accurate reimbursement, timely resolution of billing issues, and strong internal collaboration.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytical, and highly skilled in Excel.
πŸ“ On-site initially, with eligibility for a hybrid schedule after 90 days.

βœ… What You’ll Do
πŸ“Œ Manage accounts receivable reimbursement activity across corporate billing portfolios
πŸ” Research, analyze, and resolve billing discrepancies, short payments, and invoice issues
πŸ” Review, process, and post revenue for billing, generate invoices, handle resubmittals, perform research, review deposits, process payments
🀝 Partner with internal billing, collections, and operations teams
πŸ“ˆ Build and maintain detailed Excel reports, reconciliations, and tracking tools
⏳ Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding balances
πŸ“œ Ensure compliance with internal policies and contractual billing terms
πŸ’¬ Communicate clearly and professionally regarding reimbursement status
πŸ’‘ Identify trends and recommend process improvements
πŸ” Ad hoc duties as assigned

🧠 What We’re Looking For
βœ”οΈ 2 years of experience in accounts receivable, reimbursement, billing, or collections
βœ”οΈ Experience in corporate or high-volume billing environments
βœ”οΈ Strong Excel skills required (pivot tables, formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, data analysis)
βœ”οΈ Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
βœ”οΈ Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
βœ”οΈ Strong written and verbal communication skills
