We are currently seeking an experienced and motivated Consulting HVAC/Plumbing Project Coordinator to join our dynamic team in the Construction industry. This position offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects, collaborate with a team of professionals, and contribute to the successful completion of various HVAC and plumbing projects. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HVAC, Ammonia Refrigeration, and Plumbing systems, with a proven track record in design-build projects. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience and a deep understanding of the manufacturing industry.

Responsibilities

As a Consulting HVAC/Plumbing Project Coordinator, your primary responsibilities will include

• Coordinating and overseeing all stages of HVAC and plumbing projects, from conception to completion.
• Collaborating with project managers, engineers, and other professionals to design and implement efficient HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Utilizing your expertise in Ammonia Refrigeration to develop innovative and effective solutions for our manufacturing processes.
• Creating and managing project timelines, ensuring all tasks are completed on schedule and within budget.
• Conducting regular site inspections to ensure all HVAC and plumbing works adhere to project specifications, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Preparing detailed project reports and presenting project progress updates to stakeholders.
• Troubleshooting and resolving any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Staying abreast of industry trends and advancements in HVAC, plumbing, and ammonia refrigeration technologies.
  
  

Qualifications

To be considered for the Consulting HVAC/Plumbing Project Coordinator position, candidates must possess the following qualifications

• A minimum of 5 years of experience in HVAC, plumbing, and ammonia refrigeration, preferably in the manufacturing industry.
• Proven experience in design-build projects.
• In-depth knowledge of HVAC and plumbing systems, including design, installation, maintenance, and repair.
• Proficiency in project management, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate with a diverse team of professionals and interact with stakeholders at all levels.
• A commitment to safety, with knowledge of industry safety standards and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in using project management software and tools.
• Relevant certifications in HVAC, plumbing, ammonia refrigeration, or related fields would be advantageous.
