Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary contact for client inquiries via phone and email.
- Process financial transactions accurately while maintaining client records.
- Support administration of client accounts including donor advised funds, trusts, and related giving vehicles.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
- Investigate and resolve routine discrepancies.
- Partner with Accounting, Cash Operations, and IT to ensure timely client deliverables.
- Maintain documentation and follow established operational procedures.
- Utilize approved AI tools to improve efficiency while maintaining accuracy and compliance.
- Deliver exceptional client service with strong attention to detail.
- Assist with team coverage and additional operational projects as needed.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Accounting or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in - Financial Services, Banking, Wealth Management, Client Services, Operations, Financial Administration
- Experience processing financial transactions preferred.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication.
- Advanced attention to detail.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office.
