A bit about us:
A growing IT services company is seeking a Temporary Administrative Assistant to support the office during a 3–4 month maternity leave coverage assignment. This is a great fit for someone with strong administrative, customer service, and communication skills who can step into a fast-paced office environment and help keep day-to-day operations moving.
The current employee will still be in office to help with training, so this is not a “figure it all out on your own” situation. The team is looking to move quickly with a one-and-done interview process and an ideal start as soon as possible.

Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and greet visitors
- Communicate with customers, vendors, and internal team members
- Support purchasing and ordering of customer equipment
- Assist with shipping, receiving, equipment tracking, and licensing
- Help organize and maintain internal inventory
- Keep customer files, records, and databases updated
- Prepare reports for department and leadership needs
- Attend office meetings and support general office administration
- Assist with additional projects as assigned
- 2 years of administrative, office support, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong MS Office skills
- High attention to detail and strong time management
- Comfortable speaking with customers, vendors, and internal team members
- Ability to stay organized while managing multiple priorities
- Experience with ConnectWise Manage, ConnectWise Sell, and ITGlue is a plus, but not required
- Prior experience in IT services, technology, office administration, customer support, purchasing, or inventory coordination is a plus
