- 3 years of maintenance experience in electronics, PCB, or precision manufacturing
- Experience troubleshooting automated production equipment and assembly machinery
- Strong mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills (motors, sensors, relays)
- Familiarity with SMT equipment, pick-and-place machines, reflow ovens, or similar preferred
- Experience with preventative maintenance programs in a high-mix manufacturing environment
- Basic PLC troubleshooting skills (inputs/outputs, fault identification) preferred
- Understanding of ESD-sensitive environments and electronics manufacturing best practices
- Ability to read electrical schematics, equipment manuals, and technical documentation
- Experience working with pneumatics, conveyors, and automated handling systems
- Comfortable using CMMS or maintenance tracking software
- Willingness to work 2nd shift hours and overtime as needed
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification or vocational training preferred
