What You'll Be Doing:
- Build pipeline proactively through outbound prospecting (calls, email, LinkedIn, video) into contractors and roofing businesses
- Convert inbound interest into action by quickly qualifying leads and booking high-quality demos
- Own discovery by asking sharp questions to uncover pain points and determine fit
- Set Account Executives up to win with clear context, strong qualification, and seamless handoffs
- Execute with intensity by consistently hitting daily activity targets and pipeline goals
- Optimize your approach by testing messaging, refining outreach, and improving conversion rates
- Maintain a clean, disciplined CRM to ensure accurate pipeline tracking and visibility
- You’ve had success in sales, lead generation, or high-activity roles (or you’re hungry enough to prove you can)
- You’re fearless on the phone and bring energy to every conversation
