Jobletics by Compunnel is hiring Groundskeepers for available positions. We are looking for dependable, hardworking individuals to help maintain outdoor areas, landscaping, and grounds in a clean, safe, and attractive condition.

Responsibilities

• Maintain lawns, landscaping, gardens, walkways, and outdoor areas
• Mow, edge, trim, and maintain grass and landscaped areas
• Remove leaves, branches, debris, and litter from grounds
• Plant, water, prune, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and plants as needed
• Operate lawn mowers, trimmers, blowers, and other groundskeeping equipment
• Perform basic landscaping and seasonal maintenance
• Keep sidewalks, parking areas, and outdoor spaces clean and safe
• Assist with snow, ice, or seasonal cleanup where applicable
• Report damaged equipment, unsafe conditions, or maintenance concerns
• Maintain tools and equipment in a clean and safe condition
• Follow all safety procedures when operating equipment and handling materials
• Perform other groundskeeping duties as assigned

Requirements

• Previous groundskeeping, landscaping, maintenance, or outdoor labor experience preferred
• Must have reliable transportation to and from work
• Ability to safely operate basic landscaping equipment
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and work for extended periods
• Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull materials and equipment as needed
• Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
• Ability to follow instructions and safety procedures
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Schedule

Full-time and part-time opportunities may be available. Schedules and shifts vary by location.
