GCG is seeking a highly experienced Senior Vice President of Human Capital Operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading HR teams in mid-to-large organizations, with expertise in employee relations, organizational development, and talent management.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving strategic growth and organizational development, working closely with senior leadership to develop and execute an enterprise-wide retention strategy. They will also oversee all aspects of the HR organization's performance, including payroll and other functions, to optimize operations.
- Risk Mitigation: Identify, assess, and prioritize potential risks within the organization, and develop comprehensive risk mitigation strategies and action plans.
- Leadership and Guidance: Provide strong leadership to the HR management team, coaching team members to resolve questions and concerns effectively.
The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, and a Master's degree or HR certification. They will also have at least 10 years of progressive HR leadership experience, with a proven track record of managing strategic Global teams focused on North America, APAC, and LATAM.
