Job Title: ICT Risk Manager
Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate risk management across the organization, designing and operating standardized processes for handling ICT risk cases.
- Work closely with various departments to identify, analyze, evaluate, and mitigate ICT risks, collaborating closely with affected departments.
- Advise risk owners on risk treatment strategies and assist with related management decisions.
- Monitor the implementation status of defined risk treatment measures and provide insights on strengthening controls and mitigating risks in daily operations.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in information security, ICT risk management, or a related field.
- Strong knowledge of ICT risk management principles and practices, including risk assessment, mitigation, and monitoring.
- Familiarity with European regulatory requirements related to ICT risk, such as DORA and BAIT, and a good understanding of compliance standards.
- Proficiency in using risk management tools or software - knowledge of JIRA workflow design and ticket handling is a great plus.
- Strong communication skills for presenting complex information to senior leadership and non-technical stakeholders.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and manage cross-functional relationships.
