We are seeking a highly experienced Real Estate Transaction Expert to join our team at Conterra Ag Capital. As an Associate Legal Counsel, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth execution of commercial agriculture loans.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of ag real estate and/or commercial lending, with a strong background in law and significant experience in a law firm or other legal setting.
About the Team
- Collaborate with a team of attorneys, closers, and servicers to document, close, and service commercial agriculture loans
- Support the performance, representation, direction, and oversight of assigned legal and compliance activities for Conterra and its subsidiaries/affiliates
- Provide expert advice on legal issues related to federal and state lending, licensing, and secured real estate transactions
