The Student Ministry Director will play a critical role in shaping the spiritual lives of junior high students at Chino Valley Community Church.
This position requires a unique blend of leadership, creativity, and passion for teaching and training students.
The ideal candidate will be able to develop and implement innovative programming, recruit and train volunteer leaders, and collaborate with other teams to achieve common goals.
Key responsibilities include hands-on leading, planning, coordinating, and implementing regularly scheduled Sunday and Wednesday Jr. High events, as well as major ministry events such as summer camp, winter camp, VBS, sports camp, serve opportunities, evangelism opportunities, and mission trips.
