Fashion Alterations Professionals wanted at Von Maur! As a member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences and executing various alterations, such as hemming jeans and pants.
About the Role:
This role involves working with customers, measuring, fitting, marking, and pinning garments according to customer specifications. You will also disassemble, sew, and/or reassemble garments according to measurements taken during fitting – use iron and steamer to prepare garments for customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver exceptional customer experiences by owning the customer experience and being friendly and thankful.
- Measure, fit, mark, and pin garments according to customer specifications.
- Execute various alterations, such as hemming jeans and pants.
- Repair damaged or defective merchandise.
