The L3Harris Integrated Vision Solutions (IVS) sector manufacturing engineering team is responsible for providing operations with the expertise required for a successful production process. The Director of Manufacturing Engineering will lead this team, working with cross-functional teams, coordinating with program management, product design engineering, manufacturing engineering, and operations management.
- Stay current and be a subject matter expert on the latest manufacturing technologies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product manufacturability and alignment with business objectives.
- Conduct root cause analysis for manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions.
- Partner with engineering, manufacturing, and quality to integrate design and process integrity processes.
Bachelor's Degree with a minimum of 15 years of prior related experience. Graduate Degree with a minimum of 13 years of prior related experience overseeing Manufacturing engineering. In lieu of a degree, minimum of 19 years of prior related experience in Manufacturing Engineering leadership.
