Le Jardin Academy seeks a Custodial Manager for the current School Year. The successful candidate will oversee daily custodial operations, ensuring a clean and safe environment for students and staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Schedule and supervise custodial staff to ensure efficient cleaning operations
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness and organization throughout the school
• Manage inventory and procurement of cleaning supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with facilities team to resolve maintenance issues and implement improvements

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in a related field (e.g., facilities management, environmental health)
• Minimum 5 years of experience in custodial management or a related field
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Able to work independently and as part of a team
